RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund if the shoe has been visibly worn. If the shoes has not been worn, a FULL refund may be issued within 30 calendar days of the purchase. 

 

ORDER FULLFILLMENT:

Upon placing an order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped Thursday-Saturday.

There are two options available:

  • Pickup (STT ONLY): Pickup instructions will be given with the order confirmation and must be adhered to. If you are unable to pickup your order for any reason, a delivery may be arranged for a $10 fee.
  • Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS as a priority package which arrives in 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays or inconveniences that may occur (including theft). 

 

PRE-ORDERS:

If an order is a pre-order, please understand that our product may take 5-6 weeks to arrive.  Pre-ordering allows customers to secure their item as products are on a first-come, first serve basis. 

 

WARRANTY:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In the event you receive a defective product that is a result of faulty craftsmanship or material, we will replace the item for free but shipping must be paid by the customer.
