Pre-Orders
- If your order contains a pre-order item, please be aware that the item may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
- Pre-ordering guarantees that you will secure the item, but please note that products are shipped in the order received.

- Processing Time: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
